Founder and President

Robert H. Springer is the founder and president of BusinessTechTeam. Robert is known as “Dr. Bob”. He is not a real doctor but plays one at Network Meetings. Dr. Bob is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Small Business Specialist and Solutions Architect.

With over 30 years of experience as a technology professional, a trainer, a motivator and small business owner of service and sales, Dr. Bob understands what it takes to develop and maintain a successful business. Dr. Bob is uniquely qualified to address professionals from varied backgrounds in regard to business and technology. He serves to make people and businesses more efficient, effective and profitable.

Dr. Bob is a born entrepreneur. Since 1973, he has dappled in small business, sales, and technology. After years of using technology as a hobby, Dr. Bob founded several companies including F&B Auto in 1973, Beltron Security Systems in 1980, Action Leasing and Sales in 1992, Springer Systems in 1995, and BusinessTechTeam in 2004

As a nationally recognized speaker and trainer, Dr. Bob is known for improving lives through education, motivation and personal growth! Dr. Bob has a proven method of providing in-depth sales and technology training. He has been successful using a consultative approach when developing a training/coaching session. Followed up with his personalized programs, Dr. Bob has contributed to the success of many professionals throughout the United States.

Dr. Bob has served such clients as CENTURY 21, RE/MAX and REALTY EXECUTIVES as well as several Non-Profits. He now chooses to deliver the same superior service to small and medium businesses in the Central Jersey area. Working closely with every client to understand the details and special needs of their business, Dr. Bob uses that information to personalize each presentation to suit their specific needs.

Dr. Bob has been on a continual program of courses of self-improvement, studying books, tapes and attending seminars of some of the finest trainers available. These include but are not limited to Tom Hopkins, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, Dr. Dennis Waitley, Floyd Wickman. Norman Vincent Peale, Roger Dawson, Og Mandino, Dr. Robert Schuller, Michael Gerber, Dale Carnegie, Robin Robins, Michael Michalowicz, Nido Qubein and Mark Simpson. The list goes on as Dr. Bob loves learning.

Steve joined forces with BusinessTechTeam in early 2004 helping to round out our technical skills and increase our capacity to bring enterprise level IT to small and medium businesses. Steve manages the behind the scenes operations facilitating tech needs from desktop support all the way to servers, network attached storage and Storage area networks for larger installations. He has enterprise experience in Lotus Notes and Exchange supporting over 30,000 users.

Steve has a great deal of experience in small to medium business and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. His background allows him to help our clients implement technology using it in a way that fosters business growth.

Fred Holzsager

Fred Holzsager, CNE, MCSE, MSBS, M.S., Telecommunications (Pace University).

Fred has been working with computers and information technology since 1979. He has served as an adjunct professor at Westchester Community College and Pratt Institute – Manhattan teaching AutoCAD. He provided consulting services to small businesses while residing in Yonkers, NY. Later, he worked at Mitsubishi Bank Ltd. – NY Branches as their PC Coordinator and LAN Admin. While at MBL-NYB, he performed Technology Procurement, Desktop and LAN support and internal training (he even wrote the teaching manuals and monthly System Newsletters!). Hired by Chemical Bank (later Chase Manhattan, now JPMorgan Chase), he worked as a Lead Support Agent in the Help Desk. He was promoted to Desktop Support, then to LAN Administrator. His last role at Chase was as Tier III/IV – Escalated Support Technician. He left Chase to work at Bear Stearns & Co. where he was the Lead Windows Tech Contact for the Configuration Management team (Systems Integration). He now serves as the Managing Member for Holzsager Technology Services, LLC and an Affiliate of BusinessTechTeam, LLC.

Technical Specialist, Fred Holzsager, feels that small businesses could compete more effectively if they were able to fully exploit the capabilities of their networks, as well as fully utilize the most current information technology available. Yet, he realized that many of these businesses were not doing so because of the high costs associated with in-house IT departments and substandard support being offered in the marketplace by small IT support companies.

Michael Dinkins

Michael Dinkins is a BICSI certified RCDD and proficient in designing, installing and certifying integrated information transport systems and related infrastructure. Michael also holds his certifications from Comp TIA in A+ and Network+. He keeps his certifications current by attending numerous training seminars and Information Technology and Communications conferences. He graduated from Indiana Vocational Technical College in 1987 with an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences majoring in Electronics Technology and Digital Computers.

Michael believes strongly in the Kaizen principles of continuous improvement and applies them to his life and technology. His dedication to helping others become successful serves many well. All those who know Michael would call him an IT Genius and is better known as the “IT Legend”. Michael serves as the President and CEO of Solutions Unlimited and is an Affiliate of BusinessTechTeam, LLC.
